Z&R has been deeply rooted in the bearing industry for decades, with its core team accumulating experience in trade, processing, and independent manufacturing. In 2024, it partnered with Z&S, a leading Serbian agricultural machinery bearing company, to jointly establish Z&R•Z&S. Integrating a century of mature European technology and the full-chain manufacturing advantages of industrial clusters, Z&R aims to build a new paradigm of "shared intelligent manufacturing" for the global bearing industry. The first phase of construction includes 110,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings, establishing a complete hardware foundation for the entire process. From steel pipe rolling, sawing and blanking, green casting, precision forging, stamping, CNC turning, heat treatment, rubber vulcanization, precision grinding, electrophoretic coating, clean assembly to finished product packaging, the entire production process is managed in-house.

Z&R•Z&S has built its own laboratory with provincial CMA and national CNAS dual certifications, equipped with a range of international high-precision testing equipment, including Leica microscopes, Leitz coordinate measuring machines, imaging systems, Taylor-Hobson cylindricity and roughness testers, and Danqing length measuring instruments. Leveraging its dual advantages in full-chain manufacturing and application-specific R&D, its products are comprehensively adapted to seven core sectors, including agricultural machinery, wind power, metallurgy, robotics, and new energy equipment. For extreme working conditions such as high loads, high dust levels, and wide temperature differences, it utilizes AI digital simulation technology to develop adaptive solutions, providing stable and efficient operation guarantees for various equipment. Z&R•Z&S (Shijiazhuang) Precision Tube Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Z&R and Z&S under the "Two Countries, Two Parks" cooperation framework between China and Serbia. It is located in the Jingxing Mining District of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Leveraging the specialized steel capabilities of HBIS Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the company serves as a key manufacturing hub that integrates upstream and downstream industrial chains, focusing on the R&D and intelligent production of high-end bearing steel pipes. The facility features multiple intelligent production lines—encompassing high-speed piercing, spheroidizing annealing, precision cold drawing, pickling, and straightening—with an annual production capacity of 70,000 tons of high-end bearing steel pipes. As a core raw material for the manufacture of high-end bearings, these products are widely used in sectors such as new energy vehicles, robotics, and high-end equipment, effectively filling a supply gap for high-performance bearing pipes in the northern Chinese market.

From its inception, it has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of insert bearing, bearing housings, and agricultural machinery bearings, covering over 7,000 models and establishing Z&R's international influence in its niche market. Leveraging its status as a National High-tech Enterprise, a Hebei Province "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative" Enterprise, and an Innovative SME, along with its invention patents, utility model patents, and technical standards, Z&R has built a complete capability system integrating R&D, production, sales, and service.
