The core team entered the bearing industry through trade and processing, steadily building deep industry expertise and initial capital.
A key step forward: the first self-owned manufacturing base was completed, moving fully into independent bearing production and sales and laying a solid foundation for today's development.
A strategic move into international trade: Zhongxi (Jiangsu) Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. was founded and a long-term strategic partnership with Serbia's Z&S was established, laying the groundwork for global expansion.
The founding of Zhongda (Hebei) Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. — a key move in the group's layout, laying a solid foundation for an industry–academia–research ecosystem and the high-quality development of the bearing industry.
Zhongda completed 11 production workshops and secured multiple invention and utility model patents, earning recognition as a national technology-based SME and honours including Hebei's "specialized & sophisticated" enterprise, high-tech enterprise and industrial enterprise R&D institution.
Mr. Duro, President of Serbia's Z&S, visited and highly commended the partner's rapid growth, for the first time proposing the strategic vision of a joint factory.
In June 2024, Saisi (Hebei) Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was officially founded in Linxi's "International Bearing City", followed by Hebei Zhice Bearing Shared Technology Research Co., Ltd. and the China–Serbia Dual Park — together building a new highland for the bearing industry.
With support from provincial, municipal and county governments, the Saisi project advanced rapidly and held a grand production-launch ceremony in May, alongside an industry-leading "lights-out workshop" and an intelligent green casting line — opening a new era of smart manufacturing.
On 10 March 2026, the "China–Serbia (International) Bearing Industry Shared Laboratory", operated by Hebei Zhice Bearing Shared Technology Research Co., Ltd., obtained provincial CMA accreditation and national-level CNAS laboratory accreditation — a shared lab holding both provincial CMA and national CNAS qualifications.
Core management and technical leads have years of experience in the bearing industry and are versed in insert and housed bearing product development, process improvement and duty-cycle application. Many R&D staff hold professional engineer titles, have worked long in the precision bearing field, and combine solid theoretical grounding with hands-on shop-floor experience — iterating products against the real demands of domestic and overseas equipment manufacturers.
The quality team works independently across the whole chain: incoming raw material, in-process inspection, final product testing and factory release. A physical and chemical testing platform covers dimensional accuracy, mechanical performance and durability, supported by a standardised root-cause review mechanism that safeguards consistency and reliability at every batch from the people executing the work.
Responding to the new trend of smart manufacturing, the company is advancing digital transformation in depth. Thirteen information systems — ERP, MES, SPC and others — work in concert across sales, R&D, production, quality, warehousing and logistics, enabling fully online collaboration and efficient "no-face-to-face" operation.
