A strategic move into international trade: Zhongxi (Jiangsu) Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. was founded and a long-term strategic partnership with Serbia's Z&S was established, laying the groundwork for global expansion.
The founding of Zhongda (Hebei) Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. — a key move in the group's layout, laying a solid foundation for an industry–academia–research ecosystem and the high-quality development of the bearing industry.
Zhongda completed 11 production workshops and secured 6 invention patents and 40+ utility model patents, earning recognition as a national technology-based SME and honours including Hebei's "specialized & sophisticated" enterprise, high-tech enterprise and industrial enterprise R&D institution.
Mr. Duro, President of Serbia's Z&S, visited and highly commended the partner's rapid growth, for the first time proposing the strategic vision of a joint factory.
In June 2024, Saisi (Hebei) Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was officially founded in Linxi's "International Bearing City", followed by Hebei Zhice Bearing Technology Research Co., Ltd. and the China–Serbia Dual Park — together building a new highland for the bearing industry.
With support from provincial, municipal and county governments, the Saisi project advanced rapidly and held a grand production-launch ceremony in May, alongside the industry's first "lights-out workshop" and an intelligent green casting line — opening a new era of smart manufacturing.
On 10 March 2026, the "China–Serbia (International) Bearing Industry Shared Laboratory", operated by Hebei Zhice Bearing Technology Research Co., Ltd., obtained CMA accreditation and is now advancing steadily toward CNAS national-level qualification.
