In 2019, Zhongda Bearing introduced the ERP enterprise management system from SAP, connected with the MES manufacturing execution system and the SPC statistical process control system in the production workshop. This improves the controllability of the production process and reduces manual intervention on the line, realizing coordinated human-machine cooperation and an integrated, high-productivity production model. It marks a new round of integrated intelligent and automated transformation: information flow and material flow are synchronized, workshop data becomes transparent and visualized, a more complete and comprehensive product quality traceability system is established, and the supply chain is upgraded toward automotive-OEM-grade standards.
