Zhongda Bearing (Z&R) has a technology research and development center equipped with strong development personnel. The center has been recognized as a provincial technology research and development center by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The center strictly follows the requirements stipulated in IIAFT16949 for advance planning of new products, analysis of potential failure modes and consequences, and formulation of control plans and quality assurance plans to ensure the quality policy of "high quality, excellent service, zero defects, and further improvement" Put it into practice. The center develops hundreds of new products every year based on customer needs, some of which have passed provincial or above appraisals.
1. The measurement and testing room has dozens of precision testing equipment, which can conduct precise detection and analysis of size, roughness, shape, contour, and spatial position of bearings and accessories.
2. The physical and chemical room has more than ten pieces of equipment for material measurement and analysis, which can test the material, chemical properties and physical properties of bearings and accessories.
3. The laboratory has more than 30 sets of various types of bearing life and performance testing equipment, most of which are independently developed and manufactured by Zhongda Company (Z&R) according to the operating conditions of the bearings. It can test the life and noise (whistle) of the bearings. (squeaking), dustproof, waterproof (mud), grease leakage, temperature rise, high (low) temperature resistance, etc. to simulate actual working conditions. The laboratory is equipped with multiple test engineers who can design test plans according to customer requirements.
